I’m the co-founder and CEO of Oxari, where we use AI to turn complex ESG data into clear, actionable insights. My path here wasn’t linear—but it was always driven by curiosity, a global outlook, and a deep commitment to meaningful impact.
I began my journey studying classical guitar in Bremen. But while living in Southern Spain during the 2007–08 financial crisis, I saw firsthand how financial systems ripple into everyday life. That experience shifted my focus toward economics and sustainability—a combination that continues to shape how I think and lead.
Since then, I’ve launched initiatives that bring people and ideas together: a nonprofit using music to help refugees integrate into German society, and a student-run magazine on sustainability that reached thousands of readers, funded by an accelerator and crowdfunding.
During my Master’s in Banking & Finance in Utrecht, I met the team that would become my co-founders. Together, we built Oxari to solve a problem we knew firsthand: ESG data is everywhere, but it’s fragmented, messy, and often inaccessible. Our goal is to change that.
Today, I lead a diverse, globally minded team working on cutting-edge AI tools that automate ESG data extraction, estimate emissions, and help organizations navigate complex regulations with confidence. We’re building the infrastructure for smarter sustainability decisions—because we believe better data means a better future.
